To create a new template, select “Create Template” from the list of Payment Request functions and complete the following steps: |
Enter the criteria for the ASAP Accounts you wish to retrieve, enter a Template Name, define an optional Bank Relationship, and click Continue.
You need to specify one or more of the following criteria to retrieve accounts:
Recipient ID, ALC/Region, and Account ID (or partial)
Select the accounts to be on the template and define optional Remittance Data for each account.
Review the information on the template for accuracy. If necessary, update the default Bank Relationship, the account, and/or Remittance Date, and click Submit.
If you wish to add more accounts to the template, click Add More Accounts which will return you to Step 1, pending your current template profile. Follow Steps 1 & 2 for the new accounts. When you get to Step 3, all accounts should be displayed.
Once you submit your template information, the system will display a Confirmation. The template is immediately available for use.
