Create Template

To create a new template, select “Create Template” from the list of Payment Request functions and complete the following steps:

STEP 1 - RETRIEVE ACCOUNTS

HELP FOR THIS STEP

Enter the criteria for the ASAP Accounts you wish to retrieve, enter a Template Name, define an optional Bank Relationship, and click Continue.

Recipient ID, ALC/Region, and Account ID (or partial)


STEP 2 - BUILD TEMPLATE

HELP FOR THIS STEP

Select the accounts to be on the template and define optional Remittance Data for each account.


STEP 3 - REVIEW TEMPLATE

HELP FOR THIS STEP

Review the information on the template for accuracy. If necessary, update the default Bank Relationship, the account, and/or Remittance Date, and click Submit.


STEP 4 - CREATE TEMPLATE CONFIRMATION

HELP FOR THIS STEP

Once you submit your template information, the system will display a Confirmation. The template is immediately available for use.
