PROCEDURESModify Payment Template |
To modify an existing template, select “Modify Template” from the list of Payment Request functions and complete the following steps: |
Select the Template Name from the list provided in the drop down box and click Continue.
The following modifications are available:
The Default Bank Relationship can be changed.
Existing Accounts can be removed.
Remittance Data for existing accounts can be updated or added.
Remittance Data for new accounts can be added.
Notes:
New accounts can be added by clicking Add More Accounts. This will take you to Step 2 of 3 (continued), Retrieve Accounts, and, subsequently, to Step 2 of 3 (continued), Select Accounts, at which point you can Apply the new data.
Remittance Data for new accounts is not added until you return to Step 2, Modify Template.
Once you submit your modified template information, the system will display a Confirmation . The template is immediately available for use.
