Purpose of Step
The purpose of this step is to allow the user to review the information entered for the Federal Financial Report (FFR) SF-425 form. If you would like to make changes, you may use the Back button to navigate to the item(s) that need(s) to be changed. When satisfied with the information on the form, the Complete button will save the form data to ASAP, completing the SF-425 process.
Actions for this Step
The grant account’s information is displayed in FFR SF-425 Form for review.
Menu Items and Buttons
The Home
menu item will return you to the home page of ASAP.gov.
Note: The data
you have entered will be saved as an “In Progress” FFR SF-425 form.
You may return at a later time to complete the form.
If you need to view or correct data entered on the previous screen(s), click Back.
If you would like to save and submit the data on the form, click Complete.
The signature field will be left blank.
The system will enter the current date as the Date Report Submitted.
You will no longer be able to edit fields on this form. If revisions are necessary, create and submit a new FFR SF-425 form, using the same SF-425 Reporting Period End Date.
