Step 1 - Retrieve Accounts

Purpose of Step

The purpose of this step is to specify criteria to retrieve the account for which the Federal Financial Report (FFR) SF-425 will be created.

Actions for this Step

Note: The ALC/Region and Recipient ID dropdown lists display only Agencies and Receiving Organizations where the granting ALC/Region has set the SF-425 Reporting Indicator set to “Yes”, allowing their Recipient Organizations to create the FFR SF-425 within ASAP.

    1. Select the Recipient ID associated with the account for which the FFR SF-425 will be created.

    2. Select the ALC/Region associated with the account for which the FFR SF-425 will be created.

    3. Select at least one Account Status of the account for which the FFR SF-425 will be created

    4. You may further refine the selection criteria by specifying Account ID (or partial) and, FAIN (or partial).

The tab key will move forward through the fields and <ctrl> tab will move backwards through the fields. The check boxes of the Account Status field can be navigated using the tab key and the spacebar will select or deselect a check box.
