PROCEDURESChange Status for Multiple Accounts |
To change status on one or more accounts, select “Change Status for Multiple Accounts” from the list of Federal Agency Functions and complete the following steps: |
Enter the Recipient ID , Group ID , Account ID (OR PARTIAL), CFDA #, and DUNS # for the account you wish to modify and click Continue.
If accounts are retrieved that should not be affected by the multiple status change (Set Temporary Suspension, Remove Temporary Suspension, or Modify Status), de-select these accounts.
Indicate the status change action and click the appropriate button.
If you wish to change the status of all selected accounts to Temporary Suspension, enter a Temporary Suspend Reason and optional Reminder Date and click Set Temporary Suspension.
If you wish to remove Temporary Suspension from all selected accounts and reapply the prior status, click Remove Temporary Suspension.
If you wish to change the status of all selected accounts to any status other than Temporary Suspension (Open, Closed, Suspended, or Liquidated), select the desired status and click Modify Status.
Click Continue.
HELP FOR THIS STEP
Review the change status criteria, update or remove accounts, if necessary and click Submit .
If you wish to change the status of an account or the Temporary Suspension Reason or if you wish to remove an account from the list, you may do so on this step by clicking the Remove Row (icon).

Once you submit your status changes, the system will display a Confirmation .
